Overview

Zoom’s Stackin integration allows you to quickly identify how much time team spends during meetings, understand meeting patterns and know who collaborated beyond working hours or during weekends.


The integration also allows you to visualize collaborators in either a map or list view to get ideas about how you might change or improve your current meeting pattern.

  • Installing from Stackin Marketplace
  • Removing the Stackin Integration

Prerequisite

  • Trial or Paid Stackin Account
  • Zoom account

Installing from Stackin Marketplace

  1. Login to your Stackin account and navigate to the Marketplace.

  2. Click Meeting Category and choose Zoom. (You will need to be the administrator of your Zoom site to install)

  3. Once the details view open, click on the install button.

  4. Enter your email address and password

  5. Click Authorize and then click ‘Save’. You now have successfully installed Zoom on Stackin.


Removing the Stackin Integration

  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace.
  2. Search for Stackin and click the app or navigate to your installed apps via Manage > Installed Apps.
  3. Click Uninstall next to Stackin Integration.
  4. Confirm the dialogue and click Uninstall.
